Joyce Booth, Dip CII is Head of Private Clients at Clear Insurance Management, where she has full responsibility for the performance, strategy and growth of the business's High Net Worth and Personal Lines proposition across multiple locations. In this role, she leads trading performance, insurer relationships, broking operations and the ongoing development of specialist client services. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Joyce's career is a testament to the value of hard work, determination and a client-focused approach. She began her career as an Insurance Consultant handling personal motor and household insurance before progressing through a variety of leadership roles. Having worked her way up from Personal Lines Account Handler to Team Leader, Department Manager and ultimately Head of Private Clients, she brings a deep understanding of both frontline client service and strategic business leadership. Prior to her current position, Joyce led Private Client and SME teams at Luker Rowe, successfully managing operational performance, team development and business growth. Following the acquisition of Luker Rowe by Clear Group, she played a key role in integrating and streamlining Private Client operations, building high-performing teams and strengthening insurer partnerships across the business. Today, Joyce leads a diverse team of insurance professionals focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for high-net-worth clients. She is passionate about developing people, creating strong and inclusive team cultures, and driving service excellence. Her leadership style is centred on collaboration, accountability and empowering colleagues to reach their full potential.
